Returnal doesn’t support crossplay. Online co-op only works for players on the same platform, meaning PC players can’t team up with PlayStation 5 players. The Steam store page clearly states that cross-play with PlayStation 5 isn’t supported, and there hasn’t been any official confirmation of future changes.

Does Returnal have cross-progression?
