Rocket League Patch Notes: Latest Update (Sep 22, 2026)

What changed in v2.76
New this season
- Honor Duels let you challenge another player to a 1v1 in the current match type. Other players are invited to spectate.
- Black Market Trade-Ins let you trade 3 Duplicate Black Market Items for a new Black Market item.
- The match MVP's equipped Goal Explosion plays on the podium screen, with its name shown.
- Bullet Ball LTM: last car standing wins. A homing ball targets one player and demolishes it on impact unless you flip into the ball.
- Certain Titles can track and display specific stats, with new visuals unlocked at milestones.
- New Titles are granted at season end to players in the Top 100 of the global Soccar leaderboards.
Controls and scoreboard
- Custom Scoreboards let you choose which stats show per mode, such as Demos, High Fives or Flip Resets instead of Shots, Saves and Assists.
- A new free look camera mode comes with updated Mouse and Keyboard control defaults.
- Players can enable a center dot reticule to support the new camera movement.
- The free look camera is also available to controller players.
Playlists and modes
- Free-for-all modes, including Bullet Ball and Knockout, can be selected in Private Matches and Exhibition.
- A Boost Pad Recharge Rate mutator is added.
Stability and performance fixes
- Fixed a PC issue where alt-tabbing during a transition left the client frozen on the previous frame.
- Fixed an invisible front end on PlayStation 5 after booting from rest mode.
- Fixed a console crash on boot when a cooked package was missing.
- Fixed a crash in the main menu preview.
UI and menus fixes
- Stats API: GoalScored event now triggers in replays.
- Stats API: a match that ends in no contest now reports -1 as the winning team.
- Fixed Item Shop bundle tile thumbnails not loading on Nintendo Switch.
- Fixed the Crate Preview screen cutting off the fourth row of items.
- Fixed Rocket Pass toasts sometimes failing to dismiss.
- Fixed overlapping buttons and incorrect tab desaturation in the Shop with a controller.
