Skull and Bones allows crossplay across all the platforms it’s available on. According to Ubisoft’s support page, crossplay is enabled by default. The game also features automatic cross-progression between platforms. Just make sure you use the same Ubisoft account on each one.

Does Skull and Bones have cross-progression?

Yes. According to Ubisoft support, progress carries over automatically between all platforms. There is a single save slot, so a new game cannot be started. Earned items such as armor, blueprints, cosmetics, materials, Silver and Pieces of Eight are shared, as are items bought in the store, except Gold. Players must be logged into the same Ubisoft account, or a console account linked to it.

How to turn crossplay on or off in Skull and Bones

1. Open the pause menu and select Settings.
2. Choose the Gameplay tab.
3. In the General section, select Crossplay and set it to Off (or On to re-enable it).
4. On Xbox consoles, crossplay settings can also be changed from the console itself.
