Remnant 2 now allows crossplay among PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Gunfire Games included this feature in patch 408,516, released on February 29, 2024. It wasn’t available at the game’s launch. Console players need to link an Epic account to access crossplay, but cross-progression hasn’t been officially confirmed yet.

Does Remnant 2 have cross-progression?

How to turn crossplay on or off in Remnant 2
- On PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S, open the character selection screen and choose the option to link an Epic account. Console players without an Epic account can create one there.
- Crossplay is on by default on console once the account is linked. The developer states it can be disabled and re-enabled on console at any time. Third-party guides place the toggle in the console gameplay settings, but the exact menu path has not been officially confirmed.
- Keep the crossplay setting the same as the friends you want to play with. A console player with crossplay off cannot see or join games that have it on.
