NBA 2K25 offers crossplay only on the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions. The publisher’s FAQ states that the PC version doesn’t support crossplay with other platforms. Meanwhile, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch haven’t been officially confirmed for crossplay either.

Does NBA 2K25 have cross-progression?
Partly. MyTEAM cross-progression and a shared VC wallet work within the same console family (PS4 and PS5, or Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S). According to 2K support, NBA 2K25 does not support cross-platform progression, only cross-platform multiplayer. MyCAREER saves and MyTEAM cards cannot move between PlayStation and Xbox, or to PC or Switch.
