Is Brawlhalla dead?
No. Brawlhalla averages 9,592 concurrent players on Steam and the trend is fairly steady (down 7% on the previous 30 days).
Brawlhalla’s Steam player base is holding steady rather than growing or fading. It is a busy game, with roughly ten thousand players online on a typical day, and the 30-day average has slipped only 7% against the month before. The highest we have recorded is 18,317 on May 24, 2026, and activity has stayed in a narrow band since.
The biggest swing came in May 2026, when the monthly average rose 9% on the month before, and the record peak landed inside that same month. The Shrek crossover trailer arrived in late July, well outside that window, so it is not tied to the swing. For players, queues should be quick at almost any time, with the busiest lobbies around 20:00 UTC (4 pm ET) and the quietest around 08:00 UTC (4 am ET).
