  4. Alternatively, you can also add cocoa powder.

Preparation

Step 1: Put hemp seeds, water, and the natural sweetener in a blender or food processor and stir well.

Step 2: Let the liquid run through a fabric sieve to remove any remaining solid particles and thus obtain a homogeneous consistency.

Step 3: The milk is ready to consume immediately. You can also keep them in the fridge for up to 3 days.
