Moving the body while playing a game. We’ve all done it, even if it was only some left and right swaying.
Even though we know that it doesn’t affect our gaming whatsoever, we can’t help but doing it.
It is something like an involuntary action, our mind being too focused on the images we see that it makes our body react to them.
Some gamers control that urge very well. And some have reactions that are downright hilarious.
