EA have released DLC for Battlefield 3 that is an exorbitantly high price.
Electronic Arts, publisher behind FPS giant, Battlefield 3 have release a new DLC package called The Ultimate Shortcut Bundle. The cost of this package is 3200 Microsoft Points, which translates to roughly £30 of your hard earned cash.
Certain online retailers are selling the actual game for £25 or less. If you buy second-hand, then you can pick Battlefield 3 up for around £20 depending on retailer
What this DLC does is unlocks all weapons and gadgets available to each multiplayer class. A full array of upgrades is also available for all air and ground vehicles as well as weapons used in the co-op mode of the game
Gamers everywhere are sceptical or outraged at the ridiculous price of this DLC package. Many people have cited Valve’s TF2 and Portal 2 in-game item stores which have cosmetic DLC more expensive than the base game.
You can buy the items in separate Shortcut DLCs, with prices ranging from 560 Microsoft Points to 2000.
