Windows 8 – arguably the biggest revolution to the Windows platform since Windows 95 – is just around the corner. Among other things, the OS is set to have a glossy new look and seamless interconnectivity for those hooked up to Xbox Live and Windows Phone 8.
It was announced earlier in the year that many games from Xbox live would be making their way over to the latest version of Windows 8. Now, courtesy of Major Nelson’s blog, we have a list of the first wave of Xbox Live games that will be playable on Microsoft’s upcoming flagship OS.
Most of the games on the list will apparently be playable on 26th October, and will be easily accessible from the dedicated Windows 8 Xbox Games app. Here is the full list of what those joining the Windows 8 revolution can look forward to:
