The first ever direct feed screenshot of the PlayStation Vita version of Minecraft is now available online.
The screenshot, which is available at the end of this post, showcases one of the game’s menus. It doesn’t really show much, to be honest, but it’s at least something.
The PlayStation Vita version of the game has been in the works for some time together with the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the game. Unfortunately not much is currently known about these versions of the game, other than the fact that the PS4 and Xbox One versions will not feature infinite worlds due to the restrictions on the size of save files.
A couple of new skin packs have been recently released for the Xbox 360 version of the game. The Marvel Spider-Man skin pack includes a Spider-Man skin as well as skins based on several other characters related to Spider-Man like Electro, Rhino, Green Goblin and everyone’s favorite journalist Jonah Jameson. The other pack is called Candy Texture pack, which includes more new skins and textures.
Minecraft is now available on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, as well as on several other devices. The game is currently in development for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita versions of the game will launch sometime during Q2 or Q3.
