Mario Kart 8 Gets New 60 Minute Long Gameplay Video

A new 60 minute long gameplay video is now available for Mario Kart 8, the upcoming racing game launching on Nintendo Wii U later next month.

The new video, which can be watched by going at the end of this post, showcases several playable characters and tracks, as well as menus and more of the game’s features. Unfortunately the video’s quality is not the best but it’s still better than nothing.

Earlier this month it was rumored that Diddy Kong was going to be playable in Mario Kart 8, due to the Official Nintendo Magazine including the character among other confirmed ones. Nintendo denied that the character was playable not too long after the magazine scan surfaced online.

Another new Mario Kart 8 off-screen gameplay video has surfaced a few days ago, showcasing some of the game’s tracks and characters like Waluigi, Toadette, Metal Mario and Ludwig von Koopa. Even though the video’s quality is quite bad, it allows viewers to finally see these characters in action.

Mario Kart 8 will finally launch on May 20th in both North America and Europe exclusively on Wii U. It’s one of the most anticipated Wii U games of the year so make sure to keep track of it if you own a Wii U and you’re looking for a high quality game to play in the near future on the console.
