Yesterday it’s come to light that a PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 versions of Titanfall are mentioned in the texture files of the PC version of the game. It’s not really surprising, considering Titanfall probably was a multiplatform release before EA and Microsoft sealed the exclusivity deal.
Titanfall is going to be an inclusive game, according to Respawn’s Fairfax McCandlish. The game has been designed so that players can use their own play styles and enjoy the game to the fullest, without having to deal with any real disadvantage.
Titanfall will launch on Xbox One and PC on March 11th in North America and on March 13th in Europe. The Xbox 360 version will be released a few days after the other versions of the game. Apparently Bluepoint needed more time to further polish the current gen version of the game.
