A new multiplayer mode is now available for play in Batman: Arkham Origins, the latest entry of the third person action game series starring the one and only hero of Gotham City.
The new mode is called Hunter, Hunted, a heated game mode where three Bane thugs, three Joker thugs and Batman will have to fight against each other with no respawns. The mode supposedly gives better rewards than the other multiplayer modes.
On a related note, Warner Bros is going to host, starting tomorrow, a double credits event to celebrate the release of the Hunter, Hunted mode.
Batman: Arkham Origins has been released around two months ago on consoles and PC. The game stars a younger Batman who has only recently started his war on crime.
Gameplay wise the game doesn’t offer anything truly different from the previous entry of the series, aside from a richer skill set for Batman and more engaging boss battles. Despite the lack of originality, it’s still an enjoyable game for fans of the series and Batman alike. You can read more about the game by checking out our review.
Batman: Arkham Origins is now available on PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U and PC. A spin-off game, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate, is also available on Nintendo 3DS and Playstation Vita.
