Just as promised last week, a new patch is now available for GTA Online, the multiplayer mode of the highly successful Grand Theft Auto 5.
The patch is now available for download on both PS3 and Xbox 360 and it’s only 39 MB big. While no patch notes are currently available, Rockstar explained on their Official Site a few days ago what should be fixed with the 1.05 patch:
“Currently, we expect the next title update (1.05) addressing player progress loss issues to be available sometime early next week. Following that, we hope to deliver everyone’s GTA$ Stimulus Package before the end of next week. A big thank you to GTA Online players worldwide for your continued patience and understanding and we will continue to keep you all updated.”
According to some reports floating online, the LSC Glitch is still working after applying the new patch. We’ll keep you updated as soon as a full list of fixes surfaces online.
Grand Theft Auto Online has been officially launched around a month ago. Unfortunately Rockstar had to deal with a lot of issues, with some of them still awaiting some definitive fix. Once everything will be working as intended, the team will start paying the Stimulus Package money.
Grand Theft Auto 5 is now available on PS3 and Xbox 360.
