JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle Gets 4 New Characters
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle is an upcoming fighting game developed by CyberConnect 2 and published by Namco Bandai. The game is based on the successful manga series created by Hirohiko Araki.
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle will feature an unconventional story mode featuring characters taken from the first seven parts of the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure manga; some characters from the eight part of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, JoJolion, will also be included.
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle will feature 3D graphics and allow players to take on their opponents on a 2D plane, with the ability to sidestep. Together with a good selection of standard and special moves, players will also be able to summon the Stands with a dedicated button called Style button, which will alter the characters’ movesets.
Four new characters have been revealed for the game: Namco Bandai has yet to confirm if they will be playable, meaning that they could be simple Stage Gimmick characters. The newly announced characters are Melone, Daniel J. D’Arby, Emporio Alnino and Robert Edward O. Speedwagon.
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle will launch on August 29th in Japan on Ps3. No news are currently available on possible North American and European releases.
