The anticipation is in the air as it is becoming what we like to call “E3 Season.” Sure, E3 at one point was a lot more important, before there were game conferences all over the world throughout the year, but E3 still has that feeling of being the “big show” of them all. This year’s event is set to happen June 11th – 13th in Los Angeles. While there is not a ton of anticipation about new, cool stuff being unveiled at this E3, seeing as though Sony have already announced the PlayStation 4 and Microsoft is set to unveil the next Xbox on May 21st.
That being said, Microsoft is still going to have a pre-E3 presentation which will be open to the press on June 10th and they are set to stream that event live online. Major Nelson has promised that details on how to view the event in the coming weeks. It will be interesting to see what Microsoft has up their sleeves for E3, even if they are unveiling their new console before it.
