It’s no secret that BioWare is working on a new Mass Effect title, one which fans are currently a bit torn on. Does there really need to be another Mass Effect game, as Shepard’s story is clearly over? Regardless of your opinion of a new game, it’s hard not to admit that the Mass Effect universe was a wonderous one that was a joy to explore throughout the three games and a return to it might be a nice adventure. According to a new report, BioWare have picked up some new staff for Mass Effect 4.
The closure of Impossible Studios has turned into BioWare Montreal’s gain, as they’ve scooped up some staff to work on the upcoming title. On top of that Colin Campbell, formerly of Big Huge Games will work as the lead level designer, as well as Ian Frazier taking the role of lead gameplay designer for Mass Effect 4. Glad to finally see some movement on the Mass Effect 4 front, at least.
