Watch Dogs is an upcoming open world action-adventure game developed by Ubisoft Montreal, developers of the Assassin’s Creed series. The gameplay experience will mostly focus on the characters’ ability to hack into various electronic systems, to obtain important information or to destroy such devices.

While the game was originally unveiled during the Ubisoft Conference at E32012, the game has been in the spotlight during the last days due to the fact that the game was being rumored to be coming on next gen hardware, as well as on Ps3, Xbox 360 and Pc.

With the official unveiling of the Ps4 yesterday, Watch Dogs has been confirmed as a Ps4 title and the game will most likely coming out on the next Xbox 360 console. This only left out the latest Nintendo Console, Wii U, and today we finally got another confirmation: Watch Dogs will also be available on Wii U on the same day as the other versions get released.

After the Rayman Legends fiasco, it looks like Ubisoft is tryong hard to make up for the mess: there should be more Ubisoft games coming on Wii U, like the Ghost Recon and Rainbow Six series and the publisher is currently having a huge sale on all its digital Wii U releases.
