This week saw the announcement that many Nintendo fans had been waiting and begging for, with the wonderful XSEED localising the dungeon-crawling hack-and-slash Wii title, Pandora’s Tower. Now, a listing on GameStop has kindly provided us information on when American gamers can expect to get their hands on the game, and how much it will affect their wallet.
Which is not much at all, as it goes. The game will hit North American shores on March 26th for $39.99. The retailer is offering pre-orders right now.
Take this with a minor salt pinch, as a retailer listing isn’t an official announcement and there’s always the small possibility that the date is subject to change. However, there have been numerous occasions where retailers have been spot on with dates before.
The 40 dollar price point is a very smart move. As an obscure game on a now-obsolete console, Pandora’s Tower would struggle to survive at anything higher, and this is almost like a small thank you for the patient Wii owners in America. Just remember to pre-order, and give this fantastic game a home.
