Even though we’re at the end of the current generation, there are quite a number of triple AAA titles coming in the next months. As many analysts have noted, sales can be slow at the end of the generation, despite the quality of the released title, so console manufacturers and publishers are trying their best to offer more to players who are willing to pre-order and buy upcoming games. Microsoft has thought up quite a nice offer which will probably please more than a single gamer.

When preording some specific titles, and we’re talking about big games, gamers will receive 1600 Microsoft Points for free: that’s more than a 20$ added value without having to pay. With this move Microsoft is probably trying to increase downloads on its Xbox Live Marketplace for both full titles and DLC. If you want to take advantage of this offer you only need to preorder one of the following upcoming games:

  • Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel
  • BioShock Infinite
  • Crysis 3
  • Dead Space 3
  • Grand Theft Auto 5
  • Lost Planet 3
  • Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance
  • South Park: The Stick of Truth
  • Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14
  • Tomb Raider

For now the offer is only valid on the US Store and there’s no news for an European offer. If you want to know more you can head over here
