Borderlands 2, developed by Gearbox, is one of the new IPs of this generation to receive critical and commercial success: the game features an unique graphical style together with a first person shooter-RPG hybrid with a big emphasis on looting and gathering items, and an online co-op mode. The game received 3 DLC packs so far, with a fourth one coming in the next months, and some of them will see a release on retail.

A listing has been spotted for a double pack, simply called Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate’s Booty and Mr Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage, the names of two of the DLC packs. This release will be a multiplatform one, probably coming on both Ps3 and Xbox 360. We still don’t know the true content of this combo release: there’s no mention of other DLC packs released before these two and of the upcoming DLC pack Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt. The first Borderlands got a similar release, including all the DLC packs released for the game, so this release is pretty much confirmed, even though 2k Games, Borderlands 2 producer, still hasn’t commented on this new release.

Borderlands 2 was released back in September for Pc, Ps3 and Xbox 360. The latest DLC pack is coming next week, on January 15.
