Edge Of Twilight is an interesting third person action adventure game set in a post apocalyptic world with some nice steampunk tones. The game’s world has been divided into the realms of Day and Night. Our main characters, called Lex, a bounty hunter, will find himself involved into a conflict between the two realms: being the only half blood in the world, he’ll be able to use his “double identity” to play a central role in this conflict.
With the game’s development being halted some time ago, it was a shame to loose such an interesting setting. However a new development team has picked the game again, resuming development: original developer Fuzzeyes has confirmed today that none of the old development team members will be working with the new team, called Fuzzeyes as well after the original team was disbanded in 2011.
The new Fuzzeyes, made up of japanese and taiwanese developers, also confirms the fact that no old team member will take part in the development process: however, as a way to say thanks to the work that’s been already done, they’ll be getting their names into the game’s credits.
To celebrate the renewed interest in the game, Fuzzeyes has announced a free iOS app called Edge Of Twilight – Horizon, currently awaiting App Store approval: thanks to the app, players will be able to access the latest screenshots and production details directly from the developers.
Edge Of Twilight is currently stated for 2013 second quarter release on Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and Pc.
