November 2026 is gearing up to be one of the busiest months for console gamers. TheXboxHub has named GTA VI as the standout title among a slew of new Xbox and Game Pass releases. Rockstar’s last announced release date for the game is November 19, 2026. Subscription services are building their lineups around it.
There’s already plenty of Xbox coverage. Both Insider Gaming and Pure Xbox have put together lists of every Game Pass title set to arrive this month. PlayStation’s subscription service is taking the lead. According to Game Rant, PlayStation Plus subscribers are “technically” getting five free games on Tuesday, November 3. Nintendo is joining the fray as well. Polygon has listed five must-play Switch 2 games launching in November 2026. This means all three major console makers will be vying for players’ attention during the same few weeks.
There’s also a different story unfolding for Sony. OpenCritic has reported that a new PlayStation game set for 2027 has leaked online. This report hasn’t been confirmed yet, and Sony hasn’t provided any comments based on the material we reviewed.
