Nintendo’s Screaming Deals Sale Covers 65 Switch 1 and 2 Games

Nintendo has kicked off its Screaming Deals sale on the eShop in North America, and Nintendo Life has highlighted 65 Switch 1 and Switch 2 games to check out. This roundup includes titles for both generations of Nintendo hardware, so there’s something for everyone.

Nintendo Wire confirmed the promotion, calling it a chance to “scare up some big savings.” However, the sources didn’t share discount percentages, sale prices, or an end date. Be sure to check the eShop listing for that info before making a purchase.

This sale comes at a busy time for Switch 2. OpenCritic reports that 11 new games launched on Switch 2 in just one day. Among the latest releases, My Nintendo News mentions that Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is now available on Switch 2.

Physical releases are also picking up speed. According to Nintendo Everything, a Hitman: Absolution Switch 2 Edition physical release is confirmed, with Limited Run Games handling it, as reported by Nintendo Life. Additionally, Riders Republic is set for a December release on Switch 2, according to My Nintendo News.

Nintendo is also updating its software. Switch Sports Resort has received an update to version 1.1.0, and new Resort icons have been added to Switch Online.

The count of 65 games is noteworthy because it spans several genres and covers both hardware generations. These larger sales typically blend older titles from the Switch 1 catalog with newer releases from Switch 2, though the specific titles and prices weren’t included in the information provided.
