What Is an Escape Room?

The idea behind escape rooms is that the guests are in a “locked” room (or other closed settings), then presented with a scenario and a certain amount of time to escape. To escape the room, the “captives” must solve a series of puzzles, trivia questions and/or other brain teasers. Everyone needs to work together to solve all the riddles and escape before the timer goes off.
