Supporting and comforting those suffering from this disease rests mainly in the hands of their closest family and friends, but few can match the surprising support a humble teacher from Nashville, Tennessee got.
Mr. Ben Ellis is a Latin and bible teacher in the Christ Presbyterian Academy where he has worked since 2008. In 2015 he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer and recently his condition got a turn for the worst.
On September 7 he got the greatest support anyone could ever hope to get, when he heard singing outside his home by no less than 400 of his students and colleagues.
It is a truly emotional sight, one that shows the overwhelming respect and love a kind and loving teacher can receive in his darkest hour.
