No matter how original a TV show is (or we think it is) there is always, always something in it’s story that will be similar to some other show or story.
The popular Game of Thrones is no exception.
This novel-based fantasy show filled with intrigue, betrayal, politics and incredible amount of bloodshed is well in it’s sixth season and it’s fandom is still growing.
People are drawn to this show for many reasons, one of which is the brutality of the world the story is set in that is very much like many of the wars and devastation from our own world history.
