What do you think is more difficult for an average guy to do: lifting 100lbs (45 kg) or doing the splits?
Most would agree that the splits are way harder, because not everyone has the elasticity to perform them, while everyone can lift 100lbs with little effort or at least after a short training session.
Well, this guy does them both at the same time.
And not only that, but he holds up the weights while slowly sliding apart two chairs in order to do the split. Now, that’s just insane.
Imagine what would have happened if the chairs slid a bit further… Ouch!
