After you reach a certain age, your body starts to give up on you, no matter how young you might feel. And then there are those who like Ms. C.
Shirley Clements is a 60-year old dance teacher and the founder of the hip-hop dance competition Outbreak which had its 19th anniversary this year.
Since it’s the year she retires, the participants wanted to do a special dance routine in her honor. You’d think that this grandma would stand by and watch, but no. She did not only participate in the dance, she was the standout performer.
