Bob Dylan Surprises Us With Frank Sinatra Cover and Plans for New Album

1 min

Listening to music from some musicians never gets old. If you thought Bob Dylan got old and stopped making music, you are totally wrong!

When you hear this new Frank Sinatra cover you’ll think Bob Dylan never sounded better. We are talking about a major hit song “Full Moon and Empty Arms” that was famous back in 1945.

This cover wasn’t made because Bob Dylan got bored at his studio and decided to do it, but this is the first song of the upcoming album. Yes, Bob Dylan will release new album in the 72nd year of his life.

This album should be released in the second half of this year.

Before you go to listen the cover below and find out how Mr. Dylan performed, let us remind you that the original song was written by Buddy Kaye and Ted Mossmann.

We’ve heard lots of covers from The Platters to Robert Goulet, but it seems no one replaced Frank’s performance. However, we must admit that Bob Dylan gave an extra flavor to this song, adding something that the original song didn’t have.

Sinatra’s fans already said that Bob Dylan sounds better than ever. While true music lovers enjoy this cover, others just “hating” around saying that Bob is too old and should retire.

We belong to the “enjoyers”.

On which side are you?

If you want to see Bob Dylan, he is still on his “Never Ending Tour” which continues on June 16in Ireland followed by July 17 in Finland.

We are definitely visiting Ireland!

Well…we kind of continued in this mood and really enjoy Bob Dylan’s music. While I’m finishing this post, this is my background song:

(This song is from his latest album released in 2012.)
