And while adding the oil or apply a cream sounds easy, what about e-liquids? Vaping CBD e-liquids is one of the fastest and most effective methods to consume this beneficial compound. However, beginners are often afraid to use it because they don’t know how to determine the dose or which device to take. This article is going to answer all these questions.

First of all, let’s clarify that we don’t speak about vaping CBD oil here. Please remember that not all CBD-infused oils are designed for vaping. Some of them are for oral consumption only. We’re referring to CBD e-liquids that can be safely taken by inhalation.

What Is CBD E-liquid Made Of?

Actually, CBD e-liquid is similar to conventional e-liquids, except it contains cannabidiol, also known as CBD. It contains the following ingredients:

  • CBD;
  • Propylene Glycol (PG);
  • Vegetable Glycerin (VG);
  • Flavourings.

How To Find Your Perfect CBD Dosage

Inexperienced users don’t know which strength to take and how much to vape. When determining CBD dosage, you should take into account a lot of factors, such as the severity of the condition, body chemistry and body weight, to name a few. The best advice here is to always start low and go slow. Gradually raise the dose until you find those that suit you best.

When buying the bottle of your CBD vape juice, vape oil, or any other CBD infused e-liquid, look at the potency expressed in mg and at the size of the bottle in mL. Divide the amount of milligrams by the amount of millilitres to learn the strength in mg per mL. Then learn the liquid capacity of your device.

Example: Your 30 ml bottle of CBD e-liquid contains 1000 mg of cannabidiol. Divide 1000 by 30, and you’ll get 33. So, each mL of your bottle has 33 mg of CBD. If you put that into your 1 mL vaping device, this means you have 33 mg of CBD in it. If your device holds more than 1 mL, multiply 33 mg by the total capacity of your device. The total CBD content of your 2 mg device will be 66 mg. Bearing this information in mind, you will easily determine your CBD dosage.
