<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">One might ask why Landon decided to venture into the overly competitive property management industry. Well, years ago, Landon started a property management company with his father and in order to grow their firm, he got into marketing and SEO. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Over time, Landon got obsessed with both concepts and became a natural. These came with a lot of benefits; more clients came through their doors, an enhanced digital footprint and also improved SEO.</span></p>

Thus, Goodjuju was formed! </span></p>
<p><b>Overcoming Obstacles</b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Amazingly, Goodjuju experienced the same problems Landon&#8217;s first firm had- Dealing with growth and taking on new clients. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">&#8220;It’s never fun to realize you don’t have capacity to take on a new client and have to turn it down.&#8221;- Landon says. The only fix he found was to create fool proof systems for his team members, and find eager individuals who were experts at onboarding new staff. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">After he did this, Goodjuju experienced an increase in capacity and saw positive change in their ability to grow and assist more property management firms in their marketing efforts.</span></p>
