<h2 class="p4"><span class="s1">Solitaire Turn 3</span></h2>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1">Playing Solitaire can sharpen the mind and exercise your brain to use skills like problem-solving. There are a few versions of solitaire that you can play. Although most card games are good, Solitaire 3 offers more of a challenge if you want to play Solitaire. </span></p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1">To start:</span></p>
<ul class="ul1">
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">28 out of 52 cards are dealt in the Tableau. The remaining 24 cards go into the stockpile.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">In each of the 7 columns, the bottom-most card is facing up, making a total of 21 cards face down.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">The goal is to move all the cards to 4 empty foundation piles, one for each suit. Each foundation pile can hold the same suit of cards in numerical order from Ace to King.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">In order to reveal the face-down cards in the Tableau,<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>you have to move the card that’s face-up to a column with a card of higher value and a different colour.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">If you need more cards, you can click on the stockpile. You will be dealt 3 new cards, however, you may only use the card that is at the top of the 3.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">If a column in the Tableau empties out, you may only place a King there.</span></li>

<p class="p2"><span class="s1">I was never one to get lost in the plot of a book. Recently, I discovered that I just haven&#8217;t found the right books for me. Here is how to find the right book to help you drift into another reality.</span></p>

<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Find the right genre &#8211; do you like adventure? Romance? Mystery? Fiction or nonfiction? </span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Pick which style of writing most peaks your interest. Do you like classic works or something more modern?</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Are there any books on your ‘must read’ list? If there are, go for it!</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Remember that this is supposed to be relaxing. If you’re not enjoying the book you started, then put it down and find another one which will help you unwind.</span></li>
</ol>
<h2 class="p4"><span class="s1">Practice Mindfulness</span></h2>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1">There is a trend nowadays to practice mindfulness &#8211; a meditation where you focus on what is going on in the moment without judgement. It helps unleash your curiosity and take everything in with kindness.</span></p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1">Here are some ways you can practice mindfulness:</span></p>
<ul class="ul1">
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Dedicate some time &#8211; put aside some time for being mindful. This can be 30 minutes or even just 5 minutes.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Observe the present &#8211; the goal is not to silence your thoughts, rather be aware of what is happening at the present moment, accept it, and let it go. Pay attention to small things going on like how your legs feel, what emotions you’re feeling, or what you’re breathing is like.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Let judgements pass &#8211; when our mind is busy judging what’s going on, be aware of it and let it go.</span></li>
<li class="li2"><span class="s1">Be kind to yourself &#8211; when your mind wanders, don’t be upset that you weren’t mindful. Accept that it happened and resume thinking about the present.</span></li>
