164 Skydivers Set A New Wold Record For Completing A Skydiving Formation

1 min

Skydiving is amazing all on itself, but watching over a dozen skydivers gliding through the air to form a shape is spectacular.

Few days ago in the sky over Illinois a new world record for completing a skydiving formation was set.

A staggering 164 skydivers jumped from 7 different planes head first from an altitude of 20.000 ft and came together to form a flower formation before drifting apart so they could open up their parachutes safely.

They had only 75 seconds to do all that.

And after 13 failed attempts, their efforts finally gave fruit. Here is their moment of success.

Astonishing.
