Rockstar Starting Sending GTA Online Stimulus Package Money

Following the release of the 1.05 update patch, Rockstar has apparently started sending the Stimulus Package money in Grand Theft Auto Online.

A few lucky gamers have already received the full amount of money. The image found at the end of the post, shared on Reddit by user 2010app9357 seems to confirm that Rockstar has finally started sending the money.

This isn’t really surprising, considering that only yesterday Rockstar confirmed that the GTA Online Stimulus Money would start coming in the next couple of days.

“We anticipate the GTA$ Stimulus to be distributed in the next couple of days following this Title Update. The Stimulus will go out over the course of a full day once it’s initiated so don’t be alarmed if people on your friends list receive it before or later than you do. Enjoy and we certainly appreciate your patience and understanding as we sort out these remaining issues.”

Don’t worry if you have yet to receive the money or the full amount, things will finally get sorted in the very near future.

The GTA Online Stimulus Package money is a free $500,000 payment of in-game money, sent as an apologize for the many issues that have plagued GTA Online since its launch around a month ago.

Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online are now available on PS3 and Xbox 360.
