As we have reported not too long ago, Rockstar Games will start paying gamers the Stimulus Package money once all the critical bugs found in Grand Theft Auto Online have been fixed for good.
It looks like this is going to be happening very soon, as the team has revealed that a new GTA Online patch will be released early next week. Following this huge patch, which should fix for good some game breaking issues like disappearing cars and deleted characters, Rockstar will finally start sending the Stimulus Package money to all gamers who have logged in GTA Online at least once the past month.
In the attempt to make the in-game’s economy more balanced, Rockstar has recently tweaked some of the GTA Online mechanics. The pay-out for repeated mission has been lowered, making grinding for cash a lot less effective than before. At the same time the penalties for dying have been lowered.
Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online are currently available on Ps3 and Xbox 360. According to some some rumors, Grand Theft Auto V is going to receive its first story DLC soon, set in North Yankton. According to some other rumors, Niko from Grand Theft Auto IV should also come back thanks to a DLC release.
