Bravely Default: Flying Fairy, the 3DS exclusive role-playing game, will be released in North America within the first quarter of 2014.
The release window confirmation came during Nintendo’s financial reports. This means that the game will be released sometime between January and April.
The Western release of Bravely Default is going to be based on the For The Sequel updated version, which introduces a few new tweaks and gameplay options that will enhance the game in more ways than one.
Square Enix has also recently confirmed that the game is going to have microtransactions. Gamers wishing to use the Bravely Second option in battle will have to buy multiple SP Drinks, which are required to use the special move. This option has ben included so that all players will be able to complete the game without too many troubles, since quite a lot of Japanese gamers have had some trouble defeating the game’s toughest bosses. Coupled with new difficulty levels, the Bravely Second option will allow everyone to experience everything the game has to offer.
Bravely Default will release in Europe on December 6th. The North American version is currently scheduled for a 2014 release and has yet to receive a precise release date.
