After a week and a half of mind-blowing sales, the big Steam Summer Sale is in its final weekend with today being the penultimate selection of deals. Today’s deals include the tenth Indie Bundle, along with the first price break on a recent release.
The discounts today start with five games in the Prince of Persia series, each at just $2.49. They are the 2008 PoP game, along with Sands of Time, Forgotten Sands, The Two Thrones, and Warrior Within. Buyer who grab them all as a bundle can get them for $12.24 – a nineteen cent savings!
The recently released Quantum Conundrum by Kim Swift of Portal fame is now $8.99, and the “Season Pass” is $11.99. This includes the game, and its two upcoming DLC packs.
The space trading game Evochron Mercenary is marked down to $6.24, and the Diablo-esque action RPG Torchlight is a mere $3.74.
A huge price break is the Dawn of War II Franchise Pack. This is everything in the series, including DLC and expansion packs for $29.99. All of it purchased individually would come out to three hundred and seventy five dollars, so this is a whopping 92% discount for gamers who haven’t tried this series yet.
Warhammer fans who already own some of these games can still buy any of the individual games, DLC and expansions individually for 75% off.
Fable III is 75% off which makes it $12.49, and the various DLC bits can be bought individually for 75% off as well. Sorry, no bundle deal fro grabbing the lot.
The goddamned Batman is on sale in the form of Arkham City being marked down to $10.19. However batfans can get anything in the Batman franchise (Arkham City, Arkham Asylum and Gotham City Impostors) for 66% off, including DLC. However the best bat-deal is the whole franchise for $24.99.
Virtual Dark Knights should act fast as Steam has announced that they’re running low on keys for Gotham City Impostors.
Arma II is on sale for 40% off which makes it 17.99. This includes the expansion Operation Arrowhead. Why should gamers be so keen on this? Because of the hot new mod for Arma II called Day Z which transforms this military sim into a hardcore zombie survival sim.
Today’s Indie Bundle includes All Zombies Must Die, Beat Hazard, BIT.TRIP.RUNNER, Eufloria and the highly-recommended Machinarium, all for $9.99
