Killzone: Shadow Fall has been shown, together with other Ps4 titles, during the Sony’s Gamescom conference. The showing has been focused mostly on the multiplayer mode of the game, showcasing some really nice action. The game’s setting also looks incredibly interesting: Killzone fans should be really happy about this new entry of the series.
Some new screenshots for the online multiplayer mode have become available and you can check them out by going at the end of this post.
Killzone: Shadow Fall takes place 30 years after the events of Killzone 3. Set in an era of interplanetary colonization, it focuses on the conflict between the Vektans and the Helghast, two rival colonist factions inhabiting a distant planet. For three decades, both factions have lived side by side, separated by an enormous security wall: their cold war is about to go hot.
Lucas Kellan, a member of the military intelligence unit known as the Shadow Marshals, will be the new main character. Kellan’s missions will range from quiet infiltrations to all-out combat.
Killzone: Shadow Fall will be a Ps4 launch title, releasing together with the next-gen Sony console on November 15th in North America and on November 29th in Europe. All the DLCs created for the game will be available for free.
