Despite being only an HD remaster, The Legend Of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD is one of the most anticipated Nintendo releases of the year, thanks to its beautiful graphical style and unique gameplay experience. The improved graphics and interface will definitely be a good incentive to play through the game again even if you have already completed it on Nintendo Gamecube.
It looks like Nintendo will be using The Wind Waker HD to push its Wii U console even more than before.
According to some rumors circulating today, the Japanese company is going to release a new Wii U Bundle including the 32GB Deluxe version of the console together with a copy of the game. This bundle will cost 349.99$.
Nintendo has yet to confirm or deny this so treat this information as a rumor for now. We’ll keep you updated once something new comes in.
The Legend Of Zelda: Wind Waker HD sports some beautiful cel shaded graphics as well as a lot of new gameplay features never seen before in the series. Unlike previous Zelda games, traveling was done with a boat: this feature also introduced the possibility to control the winds for faster traveling, changing weather condition and more. The game also received a direct sequel on DS back in 2007 called The Legend Of Zelda: The Phantom Hourglass which continues the game’s story from where it ended.
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD will be released in Europe on October 4th. The North American version will also be launched during October.
