GTA 5 Gameplay Video Taken From The Ps3 Version
Yesterday all Grand Theft Auto fans around the world have been able to see the first gameplay trailer for the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto 5, coming in two months on Ps3 and Xbox 360. The video showed an incredible graphical quality that many thought not possible on current generation hardware.
Earlier this morning Rockstar Games has clarified that all the footage was taken from the Ps3 version: many gamers thought that the footage was taken from a yet to be announced PC version of the game.
Even though a PC version has never been confirmed, it’s being rumored that Rockstar is planning on porting the game: Rockstar Leeds is currently looking for a “graphic programmer” to help bring the team’s latest titles to PC.
During GTA 5, together with the Story missions, you’ll be able to take part in a lot of side activities like yoga, biking, play golf and more. The property system from previous GTA games will be back together in Grand Theft Auto V with more mini games and a lot of side missions.
As if all of this wasn’t enough, the three main characters will also come with special personal skills, making the gameplay experience more varied than ever: Michael will be able to enter a bullet-time like mode, slowing down time during combat; Franklin will be able to do the same while driving; Trevor will have some sort of berserk mode which will allow him to gain great strength in short-range confrontations. Each of the special skills will have a meter which must be filled back to be able to use the skill again: the more the skill is used, the more effective it will become.
Grand Theft Auto 5 will launch for Ps3 and Xbox 360 on September 17th.
