The Wii U’s biggest hitters of the year are still yet to come, and are even still yet to be revealed. Nintendo have announced that a new Super Smash Bros., 3D Mario and a Mario Kart game are on their way to the system, but have not revealed so much as a proper title for each or a single screenshot.
It seems we may not be waiting too much longer, as Nintendo of America revealed on Twitter that that these games will be discussed “before the start of E3″ during a Nintendo Direct broadcast.
While we don’t know the date of Nintendo’s pre-E3 presentation, the expo officially begins on June 11th. With this in mind, we may receive some solid info on all three games this month or next. In April, president Satoru Iwata announced that Nintendo will not be participating in a large-scale conference this year, and appear to be making all big announcements through Nintendo Directs from now on.
