Dragon’s Crown is one of the most interesting upcoming Ps3-PsVita titles: while the gameplay experience may seem a bit simple on the surface, there’s sure to be a lot of added depth thanks to the different character classes available. More of the game’s features are still to be detailed so we can expect this game to be even better than it looks like.
This morning the game’s official site has been updated, revealing some new information regarding cross-platform features: players will be able to use the cross-save platform feature to play the game on the go and then continue from that very save file on their home console and vice versa.
Unfortunately, a cross-play feature won’t be included: the game will still offer online multiplayer powered by PSN but it will use a random matching system, allowing gamers with a similar level to play together, trying to make the online co-op mode of the game a little more balanced. This may be disappointing for gamers expecting to play freely with their online friends using different platforms.
Dragon’s Crown will come out in Japan on July 25th. The North American version will be coming on August 6th according to Atlus’ Official Site.
