The Walking Dead: The Game Season 2 is currently in development at TellTale Games. The game will be following the same release format as the the previous season, with episodic released every few months and a complete edition released after all the episodes are available. Some recent reports stated that the first episode of Season 2 was going to be delayed and released next year: these reports are actually false.
This morning a TellTale spokesperson has denied the delay for the game and has stated that the current estimated release date for the first episode of Season 2 is currently slated for Fall 2013. TellTale apologizes from the confusion started with a recent interview with Eurogamer, interview that started the whole delay issue.
The Walking Dead: The Game Season 2 will have a lot of new features: players’ choices during the game will have a bigger impact on the plot progression and even choices made during the first season of the game will matter, as TellTale has confirmed that players will be able to import their data from the first season into the second. Expect some more thrilling adventure action, puzzle solving, running and of course, zombies!
The Walking Dead: The Game Season 2 will be available digitally on Ps3, Xbox 360 and Pc.
