At the end of last year, Square Enix teased that a high profile title would be getting released on Wii U during 2013. Fans have been speculating which title Square Enix was talking about. Now it’s almost being confirmed that the publisher was talking about Deus Ex: Human Revolution released on 2011 on Ps3, Xbox 360 and Pc: the Australian Classification Board has updated the database, including a modified version of the title.
Namco Bandai, publisher of the game in Australia, has said a simple “No comment” when asked about the possible Wii U version of the game, but everything points out to the game being confirmed: this news falls in line with another rumor from a few weeks back which stated that the Australian Studio Straight Right was working on a triple AAA Square Enix Wii U port. Straight Right is also the studio behind the Mass Effect 3 Wii U port so everything truly points out the the Wii U release of Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
What can we expect from this port? Gamepad support and probably some extra content, including all the DLC released for the game. With the lack of an official announcement, which should be coming very soon, everything is up to speculation.
