With the Ps4 already shown to the world and the new Xbox console still under wraps, some developers and publisher have already made it pretty clear that they’re going to support these new consoles right from the start. Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag is going to be one of the biggest titles available during the next gen consoles first months on the market and some more games from Ubisoft will be coming as well.

The new Assassin’s Creed game has been officially unveiled with a reveal trailer, which looks quite interesting and some statement at the end of said videos may actually give us some clues regarding the consoles’ release dates: the game is coming on October 29th and it’s underlined how it will be available on next gen consoles as well.

If Ubisoft is aiming at releasing all versions of the game in the same day, it could mean that both Sony and Microsoft’s new consoles will be available by the end of October.

This is, of course, purely speculation: Assassin’s Creed 3 didn’t launch on the same for all formats with the Wii U version launching around a month later so it could be the same with the new entry of the series. Still, with the game being announced so sooner than expected, it could be that things may be different from the past.
