Video games based off movies have a hard time becoming successful. They are usually given to a random company who then puts little to no effort in its creation, finally slapping a name on it that will sell. Australian-based video game developer Reef Entertainment has begun work on what they’re hoping will be the greatest Rambo game of all time.

To do this, the company has claimed that they are aiming for realism with a strong focus on authenticity. In an interesting twist on regular game development, Reef has decided to use audio, including character dialogue and sound effects, from the original Rambo trilogy and input it directly into the game.

Rambo: The Video Game is set to release later this year and will feature action-packed adventures through the story arcs of First Blood, First Blood II, and Rambo III.
