Earlier last year Baldur’s Gate one of the best RPGs ever created was refined and re-released on the PC. Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced will be making its’ way to MAC OS X users later this week on February 22nd to be specific. The game was given mostly positive review scores and most fans were thrilled that Beamdog was re-releasing the enhanced version of one of their favorite role playing games.
MAC users can already pre-order the game on Beamdog’s website for $19.99; players who do this will also be able to begin pre-loading the game as well. No word on whether Steam players will be offered Steamplay between the two versions of the game.
Baldur’s Gate is generally regarded as one of the best role playing games ever created and Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced is a great way for new players to experience the game. Not to mention it is just another reason for players who loved Baldur’s Gate to pick the game up and play it again.
