It’s almost a given that together with the new Playstation 4 there will be the unveiling of a few games for the console: previous rumors stated that tonight we may be able to get a first look at the next Little Big Planet game, as well as a new Killzone series entry and a few other Sony first party titles. It looks like we may also be able to check out a few third party games and a new Metal Gear Solid game could be among them.
More than could, it’s probably sure that we’re going to see some footage: Kojima and his team have been teasing gamers with two projects, Ground Zeroes starring Big Boss and another mysterious title called the Phantom Pain, which is probably going to be at the reveal. An earlier tweet from industry worker Tony Money actually stated that he was able to take a look at the new Metal Gear Solid game trailer and it looked incredible.
Another hint comes from the “The Phantom Pain” official website: on the site you can read the phrase:” Phantom pain is the codicil allowed by any conscious luminary in response to any truant limb or an apportion of the limb. 2:20″ That 2:20 is clearly related to today’s Playstation Meeting so it’s almost sure we will finally know what’s behind this mysterious project: almost nothing is known about it, even the supposed developer doesn’t look like it really exists.
